How's the meeting supposed to go?
The carrier's representative (driver):

  • Tracks the flight;
  • Arrives at the agreed meeting point on time, not making the client wait;
  • Waits for the client at the meeting point during the waiting time period;
  • Meets the client with a neat, visible A4-size plate or a tablet of the same size with the client's name written on it.
If the client does not show up at the meeting point during the waiting time, the carrier's representative:
  • Tries to contact the client (via phone, text message or messenger);
  • Contacts Kiwitaxi (hotline or Viber).
After meeting with the client, the driver goes with the client to the car and helps to load the luggage.

Don't forget to make sure that the person you've met is a Kiwitaxi client. Ask for a voucher, for their names, and check their destination point.
